FOUNDER, THERAPIST
Rajonta Hodges-Mills, MHS, LCADC, CCS (she/her/hers)
Rajonta is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Clinical Supervisor. With over 20years of working within the helping profession, she contends that her Master’s Degree in Human/Social Services received from Walden University and Bachelor of Arts from Thomas Edison State College has been a contributing factor in her professional career growth. In addition to her work with Diesel Therapeutics Counseling and Consulting LLC, Rajonta oversees the Addiction and Co-Occurring Services unit at a Mental Health Forensic Hospital. Her previous clinical tenure at a virtual mental health facility, where she facilitated over five hundred virtual therapy groups within her first year inspired her passion to become an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community while sharpening up her tools with DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and creative art treatment modalities. Rajonta has dedicated her life’s work with endeavors of the underserviced as levied by her work within both the Juvenile Justice Commission and Department of Corrections where she worked in a therapeutic capacity treating young adults and adolescents with behavioral, mental illness, and addiction related issues. Utilizing her strong case management experience gained from the Board of Social Services, Rajonta readily employs her passion for problem solving and advocacy.
Outside of the clinical world, Rajonta appreciates the benefits of meditation, self-care, and quality time with her family when not playing with her feathery friends, “Jesse” and “Poundcake.”
Luther Mills, MPA, Life Coach Consultant, Certified Anger Management, Conflict Resolution and Team Building Specialist
As a former business owner and life-long entrepreneur, Luther began from grass roots to expansion. His drive and motivation as a first-generation immigrant further propelled his desire to learn while being the change agent needed to promote equality. His uncanny experiences working within the business realm in addition to his management experience role within the criminal justice system played an enormous role in his decision to pursue his Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration followed by his Graduate Degree in Public Administration. He was then able to combine his business and management experience with his education in Leadership to further explore his passion for aiding others within his community to reach their full potential. His knack for problem solving and yearning to uplift his community fueled his drive to become a Certified Life Coach Consultant while additionally gaining expertise and certifications in Anger Management, Conflict Resolution, Leadership, Nutrition, and Team Building.
Providing life coaching services has allowed Luther to employ his services to at-risk youth, those with Immigration challenges, individuals re-entering society and/or the workforce, and those who are at a cross-road within their lives. Luther is truly focused on your success and carving out a pathway to get you there with his innovative and “By any Means “ approach.
